Blessing of the Animals: Because of St. Francis’ love for animals as expressed in his Canticle of Creatures, we continue the tradition of blessing your pets close to the Feast Day of St. Francis. A wonderful procession with the owners and their pets, beginning in the parking lot of the YLC, leading to our church for a blessing!
Rosary Prayer and Movie: Join the international “One Million Children Praying the Rosary” event. All Catholics in Canada are invited to pray for unity and peace with children around the world. A viewing of the movie ‘Bridge of Roses” will follow, as well as an online interview with the Director of the movie!
